My Journey to Faith
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."
— 2 Corinthians 5:17
A Life Interrupted by Grace
On the 22nd of June 2025, at HOWJ Atlanta, I had a life-changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. It was a moment of divine personal conviction, revelation, and transformation that set me on a new path of faith and purpose. I had a strong nudge in my soul to search God afresh at all cost.
Since then, I have been committed to living as a bond servant of Christ — seeking to know Him more deeply and to reflect His love and grace in all aspects of my life.
What Changed
Before that encounter, I lived life largely on my own terms. I believed in God in a general sense, but the relationship was distant and transactional. I would turn to prayer in times of need but drift in times of comfort. The encounter at HOWJ Atlanta shattered that pattern.
Something broke open inside me. It was not a dramatic outward scene — it was an inward revolution. God's love, holiness, and nearness became undeniable realities rather than abstract doctrines.
Lessons Learned on the Way
- Surrender is not weakness. Laying down your own agenda to follow Christ is the most courageous act a person can make.
- The process matters. God is not only interested in the destination — He is shaping us every step of the journey.
- Community is essential. We were never meant to walk this path alone. Fellow believers are a gift from God for our growth and accountability.
- The Word is alive. The Bible stopped being a religious text and became a living conversation between me and my Father.
An Ongoing Journey
This website is a faith-inspired space to share my journey, connect with fellow believers, and encourage a Christ-centered life of love, humility, and purpose. I am not at the destination — I am a pilgrim in progress, learning to become more like Him by the day.
I look forward to hearing from you, sharing insights, and growing together in faith. May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
His grace found me, and it can find you too.
